The Annual Montgomery River Region Disability Expo is designed to connect those living with a disability, and those who love and care for them, with the resources needed to support greater independence.

We are currently accepting vendors for the 2024 expo!
We are ALWAYS looking to highlight quality services, products, and programs at our expo. Vendor fees range from $0-$100. If you wish to get in front of the consumers who could best benefit from your business, then we want to hear from you!

What you need to know
With around 80 vendors set up at the expo, we have resource info for almost every interest and need!
The expo is free to attend and children and service dogs welcome
We know you may be attending over your lunch break. A hot lunch will be available to purchase at the food counter inside the building
Donations of medical equipment will be collected and shared with Easterseals Central Alabama's Care Project!
Frequently Asked Questions
Why not do this on a Saturday? I have to work!
We found that trying to hold the expo on a weekend, we wouldn't be able to offer the volume of vendors we wanted to showcase to the public. We need the vendors to highlight all the amazing services in our area!
I can't make it. How can I get the info?
Prior, at the actual event, and following, we publish the Vendor Listing Guide on our facebook page and on our website. This guide is free, downloadable, and ready for you when you are! Each attendee who is able to make it in-person to the event will get a card with a scannable QR code to access the directory OR it can be found right here!
